Toolkit? When I say toolkit, I don’t just mean the platforms you specialise in but overall all the tools and skills in your community management tech stack.
Some (you don’t need all) of the skills here are things you’ll want in your resume as well. Thankfully, a lot of these are things you can also gather experience in even if you’ve never been in a community management role before.
These are not exhaustive lists. There are directory services out there that curate tools and platforms for community managers so I’m just going with a few common ones here.
*Note: You need not be an expert in these areas but as a CM you’ll either be doing a basic version of these or working with experts in these so they’re good to be familiar with.
